THIS IS NOT YOUR REGISTRATION LINK. Please note that you will need to provide the identity of each of the persons who will be attending the congress, pursuant to this deposit. For allowing you to do this, in a few weeks, we will be sending you a registration link which will also permit you to do the following:
- Complete your full registration & balance of payment for the World Congress
- Receive the Booking ID associated with your hotel reservation, if applicable
- Register a spouse/ companion, if attending
- Select and book optional items such as Pre and Post tours
- Select A La Carte items, if applicable
- Inform us of any food allergies, menu restrictions, or special needs
- Leave us any special notes
Please note that the date of your FINAL payment, (NOT the date you made your deposit), determines the applicable price to attend the congress. This also applies to your guest, if any.
You ought to pay your outstanding balance no later than the end of September 30, 2023.
